      ‘SeatExpert.com is the un-official site for all your airline best seat selection needs. We offer advice on the most desirable seats, as well as which seats to avoid at all cost. With SeatExpert, you will have the pick of the house.’
    • Seating Size [Economy]
      If your individual space is a concern, check the space provided on each airline per person. Some amazing differences. A separate site covers Business Class. Another source is SeatGuru, though this is dominantly US airlines.
    • UK-Air
      Not an airline, but in addition to UK air news and information, airline seat sizes, seating plans, passenger rights and much more.
  10. Travel Compensation Fund
    ‘Australia’s primary means of providing compensation to eligible travellers who suffer loss as a result of the financial collapse of a participating travel agency business.’ You can also find which agencies are covered by the scheme.

    ‘Compare last minute accommodation, international flights & holidays.’ If you don’t mind taking the final chance you may well get a great bargain.

    Offers discounted air travel from Australia to overseas countries.
  9. Skylink Travel
    A database of airfares and also online booking.
  10. STA Travel
    Travel arrangements and tours organised by a reputable chain.
  11. Student Flights
    The best student fares. Others can use it, just not quite as cheap.
  12. Trailfinders
    ‘Worldwide tailor-made travel arrangements’. All aspects of travel and accommodation.

    600+ agencies across Australia. You should also check the options available through Flightscene, which gives scope for comparison fares and finding cheaper fares.

    Online airfares for most airlines. You need to add the 6% charge when computing the cost of the fares.

    An online travel booking service promising significant discounts.
