      Allows you to convert just about anything from abamperes to short years. Can also use partial conversions or converters for selected measurement areas. Very extensive.
    • Conversion Calculator
      From Infoplease. Allow you to do conversions of length/distance, time, computer measures, area, volume, weight/mass, temperature and cooking measures. In fact, there is very little you can’t convert.
    • Conversion of Units
      A German site which gives you access to conversion between a large number of units.
    • Convertit
      A great program that allows you to convert a significant range of units. Done in larger topic areas to start. A development of Entisoft which also provides a shareware download or online conversion program.
    • Convert-me
      ‘Here you will find interactive calculators for many measurement systems both commonly used like metric and U.S. Avoirdupois and quite exotic like Ancient Greek and Roman.’
    • Cooking Measures and Conversion Calculator
      Primarily conversions between metric/US weights and measures and British/US cooking measures.
    • Currency Converters
      The following will provide access to a range of online currency converters of varying scope. They provide currency exchange rates.

      From Science made Simple. You can either just use the easier units [e.g. area, speed] or go to the more difficult units to do conversions.
