CHAMPION READERS _ How do they do it?

Becoming a Champion reader is easy. Like any other skill, if you want to be a good reader you have to work at it. Let's think of how an athlete becomes a champion. To do this he has to do several things -

Firstly he has to learn the skills. Then..

He has to  practice a lot to build up his stamina .

He or his trainer will  keep records to see the progress he makes.

Becoming a Champion reader is similar.

Make time to read by yourself at home at least once every day.

At school, use your silent reading time well each day.

Keep a daily record of your reading in your Reading Log and...
