What can the students do? Students can do practically anything that they want. Who remembers being a kid and playing Lego, well when I first got my hands on Mindstorms I was back being a kid again. With the added bonus that students can make something out of Lego and then give it 'intelligence' is something that they all enjoy. I can see that most students would have fun building a model, programming it with Mindstorms and then testing what they have done. I do not think that all students will enjoy the Visual Basic component due to the jump up in difficulty. Overall there are many ideas that come to mind when you have these thing s to play with: Motors Do not forget that the RCX bricks can talk to each other so you can have a ripple effect. I would love to see 5 or 6 RCX bricks that have been made into models and communicate with each other to get work done - just imagine.
