Microsoft paint is standard as part of any current version of windows. To access it follow the procedure below.     Step 1 Left click on the START icon in the bottom left hand corner.   Step 2 Left click on Programs.   Step 3 Left Click on Accessories.   Step 4 Left click on Paint.
