Microsoft Word is available free of charge to all
schools as part of a deal between Microsoft and
the NSW Department of Education. For more
information regarding the deal, it's use and other
available software contact the Information
Technology Bureau (ITB) on the Department's
website at www.det.nsw.edu

It should be in your school now. Your computer
coordinator will have in their possession a black
box containing a series of Microsoft products
which can be installed on any of the school's
computers.

Microsoft Word is part of the Microsoft Office
suite of applications. Once office is installed,
simply look in programs or look for the word icon
on the desktop.
