Here is Angelo the angel. He is the first and only glove puppet I have ever made.  It took me about 3 weeks to make him.  1. I got a pencil and traced the puppet shape from a book onto some paper  2. I traced the puppet shape onto the felt and cut it out twice. (One for the front and one for the back).  3. I joined the pieces together.  4. I traced hands from the book onto pink cardboard and added them.  5. I got a stocking and put yellow tissue paper and newspaper inside it for the head.  6. I added some orange cardboard so I could put my finger inside the head. 7. I glued the hands on and the head. 8. I drew the eyes and glued them onto the head.  9. I put a cork on the face for the nose, a bow and 3 pom-poms for decorations.  10. I attached red wool for hair, and a halo on top of the head.

 

Tess, Alyssa and I are painting our telescopes purple. We made them out of toilet rolls, paper mache, masking tape and purple paint. In the photo, Alyssa was only just starting.

 

We went to the Come Out for an excursion in town. We made drums with leather and a tin. Everybody had some fun most of the day. There were… sand pits, dancers and games. We played the drums that were already made, which were big.

 

My puppet’s name is“MrStick your tongue out”.He is a pneumatic puppet.
