5 - Working with the graphics |
Now that you have entered the text into your
Fact Sheet, take another look at The Weebill - Australia's
smallest bird, and note the position of the graphics. Now go to the
Graphics
page and follow the easy steps to save your bird graphics on to your floppy
so that you can insert them into your Fact Sheet.
When you have saved the graphics to your
floppy, open your Publisher Bird Fact Sheet template that you have saved
on your floppy and complete the following steps.

click in the area (the picture frame) where
the picture should go

click Insert on the menu bar, point to
Picture
and then choose
From File
-
select the Floppy (A:) drive from the
drop-down list
-
click the picture file with your bird’s name
on it

click the Insert button on the pop-up
box
-
repeat the procedure with your map image
-
write you bird's name in the space provided
under the map
-
save your work
