Please Don'ts

bullet Devote time to getting folders organised at the beginning
bullet Panic - start small and manageable
bullet Delegate responsibility for tasks from the start
bullet Plough on alone - there is always someone to support you
bullet Develop dialogue with those with technical knowledge about server space and stability
bullet Persist with a page that is not working - unlike word documents, web pages are often better started again!
bullet Demonstrate the required skills
bullet Powerpointlessness!  
bullet Discuss copyright with students, parents and carers
bullet Protocol and policy - ensure that publication of the work meets agreed and professional parameters
bullet Design an agreement
bullet Presume access - if at all possible consider all users - consider equity

bullet Publish online without permission particularly photographs
bullet Develop peer support for teaching on at the point of need
bullet Private vs Public - get the work out there to be shared if possible
