How To Tessellate

1. Bring up a new page

2. Go to AUTOSHAPES, then BASIC SHAPES - select your plane shape then create it on the screen.

3. EDIT, COPY,EDIT,PASTE a new identical one where you want it.

4. Go to the arrow at the bottom left and drag a dotted field around your pattern

5. Go to DRAW at the bottom left of the screen. Then find ROTATE OR FLIP and select which option you will do to the second of your shapes.

6. Make into a pattern

7. Go to the arrow again and create a field around it all.

8. Go to DRAW, then GROUP

9. EDIT, COPY,PASTE

*Keep going through this process starting at step 4 until you are happy with your pattern.

10. When ready, colour it by:

a. changing the line colour, thickness, line style

b. filling in the background colour etc

Give it a Word Art title that says: "TESSELLATION"
