The Picture tool bar
has hotspot tools on the right hand end.
Click on your picture and then run your cursor over the images on the tool bar. Use the tool to draw a hotspot and link to file of your choice - this can be a page or an image. Use the text tool (the big A on the left hand end of the tool bar) to create a text box on your image. |
