Hello everyone
I have been visiting Torrensville Primary School
Here some messages from my friends there:
My night with Shirley Valentine.
After mum picked me up from school we took Shirley to pick up my sister from childcare. Then we all went to the postoffice and the supermarket.
Shirley had a ride in the basket. We went to the fruit shop then we all came home.
Shirley helped cook Shepherd's pie for dinner and muffins for dessert. Shirley and I watched the Simpsons. We also had a shirley teddybear picnic.
Shirley slept in the top bunk in my room. I liked having Shirley to visit. I wish
Shirley was my teddy then she could be friends with all my other stuffed
toys.

I was lucky to take Shirley home with me. After school Shirley came with me and my mum shopping. We went to Target to buy a present for my new baby cousin who was born yesterday. We bought some new clothes. Shirley got a ride in the trolley. Sadly she fell because she
wasn't holding on properly but after a minute was happy to sit on the trolley again looking at all the people and things in the shop. After we went to Thebarton Swimming centre and Shirley watched me swim. She
didn't have any bathers so she didn't go in the water.
After swimming Shirley and I had biscuits and watched some television quietly. Shirley has been an easy teddy to take care of and I will miss her when she goes. By Kiara year 2 at Torrensville Primary school.
In our class we have been learning about Australian rainforests. Shirley came into our class and
nearly got scared because she saw lots of snakes and bats crawling and flying around the room. She enjoyed meeting the birds and the pretty butterflies and the children in the
class.
At first Shirley got scared when she heard all the rainforest noises and trembled as she sat under the forest but we told her in was only music of the rainforest animals and she felt better that she
wasn't going to get eaten by any creature. We will take a photo of our classroom and
