Note:  Be careful to type it exactly as above, ie use the same case.

Open a word document and save it as Olympics.  Now minimize the word document screen.

Place your cursor on the following picture.

 

Right click on the picture.

From the menu activated when you clicked on the right mouse button, choose the option to copy the picture.

Maximize the word document. 

Click on paste and the picture should now be on your word document.
