  • Design a memorandum addressed to your teachers to document the study schedule you will be adopting in preparation for your yearly exams. Refer to the Creating a Memo activity you should have completed.

  • Explain what each of these spreadsheet terms mean:- cells, rows, columns, range, formulae, functions, fill, pie/column/bar/line chart
  • Word Processor Functions homework sheet. Make sure you know how to format paragraphs and change the line spacing of a document.

  • Complete this SQL quiz. (Remember, you only really have to know about the SELECT, FROM, WHERE and ORDER statements, and how to use AND, OR and LIKE commands. The % sign = a wildcard)
  • What information would it be important to keep if maintaining a database of all of the computers in the school. Think about what you would need to know about each computer to help you work out fields and tables for the database.
  • For each of the following, name the type of file and explain what it is. Give an example of a piece of software that uses each file type:- RTF, DIF, TXT, PNG, GIF, JPEG
  • Why might you not be able to access the school's EduWeb inTRAnet site from home?
  • When designing a website, explain some of the conventions you would use when saving files, such as, what would you name the home page file, where would you store image files, how would you set up your folders and directories?
