During normal operation of organisation, IT staff usually to manage maintain its hardware and software. Depending the size of the organisation, the IT staff could consist one person an entire team or department. Unless the organisation something like a computer or repair store, it is unusual the IT users (desktop publishers, designers, administration staff) to be the IT maintenance staff.
