  1. Setup your computer to record from the "Mic". If you are unsure about how to do this, make sure you have completed Activity 1 above
  2. Click on "Edit" -> "Audio Properties" and choose "Radio Quality" sound quality
  3. Record yourself counting to TEN
  4. Save this in the "Audio" folder on the "C:" drive. (Make a folder if it does not exist). Name your file "1-10 yourname.wav"
  5. Open an Audio Editor program such as WaveLab or Wave Studio
  6. Edit the Wave file so that you are now counting from TEN to ONE

Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of '97
Wear Sunscreen
If I could offer you only one tip for the future
Sunscreen would be it
The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists
Whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience
I will dispense this advice ... now
Enjoy the power and beauty of...

Save the file as "sunscreen yourname.wav"
