Site Information

About this Website

You have heard of IT - Information Technology. This site is all about MT - Music Technology.

The Music Technology Class Website was originally written for students studying Music Technology in Years 9 and 10 at Ashfield Boys' High School in Sydney, Australia. The site forms part of the Australian Music Educators Resource site (OzMusEd). It is now well recognised worldwide and accessed by both students and teachers wanting to get more into Music Technology.

Using this site, students can lodge and read article reviews, collect classwork, download software used in class, surf quality music links, develop their MT skills and ask a professional music teacher questions about music and technology.

The site is free of charge and available worldwide. It is also a very valuable resource for teachers trying to implement technology in their music class room.
