What is the best excuse you have used for being late or not doing something?

doing something or being late is that I don't have to do my homework
because mum said I had to do it on the back verandah. My sheep

| I was on my way to school
when a bunch of aliens took me to their planet and I was so scared I
wet my pants. The aliens did not like me so they picked me up and
threw me back to earth. Luckily I landed on my tramp. I just had

When
Pete came through the door and said, "I'm late," Ram pulled four
chocolates out of his pocket. Why?

bet that Pete would come to school late and Pete would tell his some

about how easy it was to get he teacher to believe an excuse. The
bet was for chocolate. We bet that the chocolate would be all melted
and horrible, and that would be our excuse for not paying, or taking

Why
did Shilk's transport break down?
| Shilk's transport broke down because
it ran out of fuel. We like the idea of the grass that is fuel for
cows being recycled as fuel for transports, even though it is pretty

| We had trouble deciding which answer
to send you as our answer to question 3 so we are sending all three
answers to share with you.
1.: While Shilk was flying in his saucer a meteorite came zooming towards him and hit the fuel tank and all the fuel poured out. Luckily he landed just in time but all the fuel was gone leaving a big hole in the tank. 2. "Crash" Shilk's transport broke down because he did not have any methane gas left. If you are wondering what methane gas is it is what cows let off. 3.: Shilk's transport broke down
because a small meteorite hit the fuel tank and damaged it. Shilk
landed just before the fuel ran out. |

Shilk's UFO ran out of methane gas. Shilk said "The beautiful

down because he went too far without collecting any methane gas and
crash-landed in a paddock. He decided to collect it from the cows'

Why was Mr Scarsdale floating five centimetres above
the ground?

above the ground because he was an alien = inventor and was trying
