Jerome Buller is the new kid in Mr Hawke's class. Jerome is afraid no one will like him because he isn't good at many things. Until he gets given a game called ZipZap by one of his classmates. Jerome doesn't realise it at first, but once he completes a level he gets a wish. But the wishes don't turn out quite like he would expect.

This is a good book. I think girls and boys at around eight or nine years old would enjoy it. The illustrations went well with the story and the front cover is nice and bright. Zip Zap is cute.

I think this book would appeal to most people and especially if you are into fantasy, you would enjoy this book. The choice of topic is very good as is relates to the story.  I think this book is suitable for both boys and girls around the age of 7and up.

I think the story is excellent because it keeps you interested all the way through the book and the words are easy to read and understand. There were really good illustrations and each one referred to that particular part of the story and they were very well drawn.

The language was very appropriate and easy to read. The style and size were well set out and quite easy to read. The layout of the book was good and easy to follow along with the story, which was very helpful for the reader. I think it should be read from front to back all at once as it is a great story.

Well I thought Zip Zap was a fabulous book and Kim Caraher and Geoff Kelly are both great at either drawing or writing. I also enjoyed doing this review.
