Searching Using Search Engines |
Most searchers insert one or two keywords into a search engine and cross their fingers. Unfortunately the results are often overwhelming and many are not particularly useful. There are specific features that search engines use to support better searching. These include Boolean searching, phrase searching, the concept of a wildcard, proximity searching etc.
