This online manual and its companion pieces, the printed version of applications of the iNTERNET for Educators and the WOW Web site - www.uswestwow.org, are the basis for the WOW Educator classes.

     It is thanks to the partnership between the U S WEST Foundation, who funds the WOW program, and the University of Northern Colorado, who administers the WOW project, that we are able to bring you the best ideas on using the Web in the classroom.
