English Matters

Inspiration

Home | Up

There are many ways to demonstrate your learning in lessons. Assessment in English lessons often includes a 'public' performance. So far this year you have delivered  a monologue, created a text exploring your response to a theme, written an interpretative response to a poem, created a visual text interpreting a line from a play, written a critical analysis of your own learning.

Perhaps you would like to do something different and learn some new technology skills along the way?

In the Teen Novels unit teams will deliver a presentation on the things they have learned about novels, literature and young adult literature. This can take any form. Why not experiment with  some new technology?

Have a look at Inspiration software.

Look at the Inspiration Quick Tour first. If you want to try it out download the free trial and get to it.

Let me know how your journey is progressing and be prepared to explain how you developed your presentation to other audiences (like teachers of other classes and subjects! Maybe in a video conference). You can email me via the Website manager link in the shared border at the bottom of this screen.
