Teacher's Notes: This was my first online lesson. It was a lesson in a unit on 'Travel' and students had to read a variety of texts and compose a variety of travel related texts. I still use it as a 'filler' lesson when I have an extra and it always 'works' in engaging students in using a variety of resources available online. It encouraged students to go 'outside' their comfort zones of local and national holiday destinations.

Go to Play Kids Games.com and Play Africa Jigsaw Puzzle. 

and play the Countries game then click on the African continent. (It is in the middle of the map of the world)

and write your own jungle adventure. Print your story and show the teacher.
